We offer a 100% quality assurance on our products, our customers are entitled to a full refund on orders and purchases returned back to us within 10 days of the purchase date, after the 10 days, we are happy to exchange the strap for any other, but we can not offer a refund.

All refunded items should come in its original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all included accessories. Incomplete exchanges will not be processed.

Please insure your package through your shipping carrier and keep your receipt. Chantee Bra Straps will not be responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages in  transit. Please allow up to 14 days to process returns.

We do not send an replacement or give money back unless the strap was broken at the time of purchase or unworn.

Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 7 days of the date  when the item was delivered.

Please note that you will be responsible for all costs of returning the item/items to us unless we delivered the goods to you in error, or the goods were damaged.

Washing Instructions

Chantee Bra Straps highly recommends that you remove  the Detachable Chantee Straps when washing the bra to ensure they are not damaged. Please note we cannot  be held responsible for damage to items as a result of machine washing.
